Find Your Next Opportunity
Our 10-week summer internship program is designed to give you a feel of what it would be like to work at Wayfair as a full-time employee. You’ll be assigned real projects, work with your team, and contribute directly to your team’s goals and objectives. Rising juniors and seniors eligible.
Our six-month (flexible start dates) co-op program is designed to give you real work experience, aligning you to strategic projects. Sophomores to master’s students eligible, but not accepting MBA candidates.
As a full-time employee, you’ll be challenged to solve complex problems and develop solutions to company-wide initiatives. We are looking for analysts and associates who are passionate about technology and e-commerce. Rolling start dates available (majority in summer).

Ace Your Wayfair Interview
No matter what role or tenure, interviews consist of behavioral questions and scenario-based questions. Behavioral questions are specifically designed questions inspired by the core competencies against which all Wayfair employees are assessed: team building & culture, innovation & results, critical thinking, and communication & persuasion.
