*While a large portion of Wayfair’s European revenue and customers are based in the UK, our Corporate headquarters are in Berlin, Germany. As a result, 86% of all relevant Wayfair employees in the UK are employed in our Warehouse locations compared to 14% employed in our Corporate office in London. There is a higher proportion of male staff in our warehouse and a higher proportion of females in our Corporate office. The unique makeup of our employee population affects our gender pay gap with females generally receiving a higher hourly pay rate and bonus pay due to the nature of their roles.
