Meet Zhana Edmonds. Zhana joined Wayfair in 2019, and as a senior marketing manager, she is focused on driving customer growth for Wayfair and our specialty retail brands. But Zhana wasn’t always a marketing manager. In fact, she didn’t work in marketing at all before she joined our team. Take a look at our interview with Zhana to hear her story and how she pivoted from one career to the next.

An internship is among the first steps we take when charting our career path. It’s where we discover new strengths and interests, and gain clarity on what we want to do next. For Sushmita Anoop Singh, her internship on Wayfair’s Candidate Experience team was a great opportunity to learn and try new things.

“We would like to move you to the interview stage,” is the thing that every candidate wants to hear. At first, you can feel excited about the idea of getting closer to an offer, but soon other questions can begin to flood your mind.

Nearly a year ago, masks to protect against coronavirus transmission were in short supply, as health officials urged citizens to save medical-grade masks for our heroic health care workers. While textile manufacturers ramped up production of cloth masks, many of us got creative to ensure we did our part to slow the spread by wearing face coverings.
